I had the honor of creating an artistic photography series for the September "Film" issue of Rare Magazine. I collaborated with local hairstylists, makeup artists, models, vintage clothing stores, and other Austin businesses to create a series of creative photos styled after and inspired by various movies. Each piece is a full page of the magazine. I picked the Quentin Tarantino cult classic Kill Bill Vol. 2, Alfred Hitchcock's timeless classic Psycho, the Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman icon Casablanca, Raymond Chandler's The Big Sleep, the James Bond classic Goldfinger, The Little Mermaid (because it's my daughter's favorite), Saving Private Ryan, the eternal James Dean's Rebel Without a Cause, American Beauty, Attack of the 50 Foot Woman, Boris Karloff's and Valerie Hobson's Bride of Frankenstein, and more.
