Communicating the essence of an interior space or a structure is critical to engaging the viewer and making them feel as though they were there. The obvious goal of interior, furniture, and architecture imagery is to transport the viewer, which is not easily done. I have shot numerous magazine editorials and have learned how to achieve that objective. Using either natural, existing light or a full compliment of studio equipment, I compose elegant images that capture the details and overall feeling of a place.
