I have photographed, painted, and drawn models in the artistic sense going back to high school, but it wasn't until I went on a trip to New York that I caught the bug for fashion photography. In shooting architecture in Manhattan and the wonderful larger-than-life advertising in Times Square, I stumbled on a shoot taking place and I watched the hustle and bustle of camera crew, assistants, stylists, models, and photographer with interest.
There is an energy surrounding fashion photo shoots that is intoxicating. The synthesis of creative personalities, style, glamour, and chaos generate an environment of collaboration and excitement. I enjoy working with boutique owners and advertisers to create a certain look for clothing, shoes, bags, and other accessories.
I have relationships with some extremely talented makeup artists, hair stylists, and wardrobe and set designers in town, as well as models with a variety of ages and looks.
I am also completely comfortable working with you as an advertiser and any models or stylists you may have in mind already. Whether you're after high fashion and glamour, casual and sporty, or anything in between, I will do whatever it takes to show your products in the best light--and as efficiently and affordably as possible. I understand the budgetary and time constraints of business owners since I'm one myself! And my experience in ad agencies as an ad designer and web designer means I know how everything fits together in the process.
Fashion shoots start at $300 plus $50 for retouching per final selected image. You will receive high resolution, print-ready digital files as well as web-resolution versions for your site or email blasts.
